I used to be a semi pro rugby player but since blowing out my knee have lost the enthusiasm for training. I also train less than I should owing to the long hours I work but I'm trying to address this at the moment with some early sessions.
I've found that drinking less during the week has definitely helped with weight loss, I struggle with this sometimes however due to work and social commitments. What drinks can you recommend instead of beer so that I can have a good time but keep the muffin top at bay?
