10 years ago I used to be in peak physical condition. I was at university so I had plenty of free time to go to the gym and play a bit of sport. I was probably doing some form of physical activity everyday. I used to get stopped all the time by random people complementing me on my physique. Male, female, young, old, black, white it didn’t matter.
Over the years since becoming a high flying professional in the City and expanding family, my physical activity has dropped progressively. To the point now where I am not doing any exercise what’s so ever. I intially put this down to a lack of available time to go to a gym and back so I took the drastic step of spending hundreds of £ on a gym in my out house at the bottom of my garden.
The gym has been there fully kitted our for nearly two years now but I have only used it a handful of times and genuinly can’t remember the last time I used it.
The intent is definitely there but I can’t find the motivation to use it.
What should I do?
