How we work
News & Research
Hi Katie! Thanks for your question!
First and foremost I'd suggest you download my free exercise index - https://www.liftclinic.co.uk/free-downloads-exercise, which has an extensive list of HIIT/body weight exercises.
You want to choose exercises that either focus on the upper body and core, that either avoid or remain static through the knees. Off the top of my head, some good exercises include - battle ropes, TRX, push ups (incline, decline, wide & narrow), dips, donkey kicks, spidermans, russian twists, jack knives, knee raises, inverted rows, and depending on the severity and type of your knee condition - bear walks, mountain climbers and inchworms.
Let me know if you kneed any more assistance!
