In the initial stages of designing your new sleep plan, we conduct an in depth examination of your current sleep schedule, behaviours and commitments, with the option for testing an array of related biological elements such as, your genetic traits, microbiome profile, and hormone and neurotransmitter levels. This allows us to make positive changes that are specific to your biology, epigenetic, and habits, oppose to providing generic schedules and routines that are unlikely to be beneficial for everyone. We want to achieve sustainable behavioural change that results in consistent, unproblematic, relaxing sleep. Consistent, regular and uninterrupted sleep is one of the most important components in creating positive sustained well-being. Everyone knows the side effects that come as a result of feeling tired. Such as, irritability, lack of concentration, increased hunger, agitation, sleepiness and tearfulness. In recent years, a lot of research has pointed towards circadian disturbances as a fundamental component of many health challenges, such as: Insomnia, Depression, Anxiety, Bi-polar, Metabolic Disorders (obesity and diabetes type 2), Sleep Paralysis, Hormonal Problems, Appetite Control, Immune Disorders and Inflammatory Diseases. Chronotherapy Group Session

A group Chronotherapy session to reset sleeping patterns. The sessions includes games, entertainment and breakfast. In essence, attendees are required to stay up all night and go to sleep 14 hours before their new required wake time. A strict sleep schedule then needs to be followed for 8 weeks, to ingrain a new habitual circadian rhythm.
